Where do I apply my discount code?

Discount codes are entered in the checkout screen.  The checkout screen is where you enter your billing and payment information. It’s on the right hand side under ‘Order Review’. You’ll see a field (space) where codes can be entered labeled ‘Use Discount Code’. You can only use one code per order.

What payments do you accept?

AG Pixit takes Visa and Mastercard for payment. We use Stripe to process your payments.

Do you store my payment information?

AG Pixit does not store credit card information.

When can I expect delivery?

Both soft cover and hardcover photobooks take 2-3 business days to print. Calendars and posters take 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and checkout based on the shipping options. Turnaround times can change around the holiday season due to the high volume. Remember shipping adds additional time, depending on the shipping option you select during the check out.

How long does AG Pixit store my projects?

Saved projects (in progress) are retained for 180 days. Ordered projects are kept for two years. You can re-order at any time.

Help! I need to change the shipping address.

If you contact us before it ships out, we’ll do our best to help. Reach out to support@agpixit.com. Additional fees may apply.

Can I pick up my job?

Sorry, you cannot pick up. We use Canada Post for all our domestic mailing. Jobs are carefully packaged so they arrive safely.

How is my order packaged and shipped?

We use sturdy recyclable cardboard packaging for all jobs. Labels are affixed with the address you provided during check out. If damaged, please contact us support@agpixit.com.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Orders are processed immediately after being submitted for quick delivery. There is no cancellation of orders for any reason after they have been processed. At our discretion, we will attempt to make changes to orders for an additional fee. If your order is already in production, the order cannot be cancelled at that point. Please contact support@agpixit.com as soon as possible if you would like to make changes.

What’s your shipping policy?

We use Canada Post for all our domestic mailing. International orders are shipped via UPS.

My book was damaged when it arrived… what can you do?

Sorry to hear that. We ask that you contact AG Pixit via email within 10 business days. Send us a couple of pictures of the damage, along with your name, order number and phone number to support@agpixit.com and a customer service rep will assist.

I made a typo in the book … can I get a refund?

Sorry, but it’s your responsibility to check the book thoroughly before ordering.

Can I add or delete pages?

Yes, you can add pages.  There is an extra charge per spread (two pages). You will see it itemized when you check out. Most books can go up to 100 pages.  However, all books must be a minimum of 20 pages, plus cover. You cannot delete pages in the template.

I'd like to customize my book using more features. What can I do?

AG Pixit has two design options for customers.  One is called Easy Editor and it does the job for you. But if you have the interest and time to do more, you can switch to Advanced Editor. This mode gives you way more options for creativity. You’ll see the choice at the top of your screen. We always start you at Easy Editor. Try Advanced out and if you want to revert back to Easy, it’s a click away.

What browsers do you support?

AG Pixit works on Macs and PCs and with most browsers ( Safari, Firefox, Chrome). Remember always wise to keep your browsers up to date.
