The Personal Information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you in person, over the telephone or by corresponding with you via mail, or email.
Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Personal Information will only be retained for the purpose for which we collected it.
Protecting Children
While there is no minimum age restriction, we do advise that anyone under age 18, should have parental consent. AG Pixit will not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at (support@agpixit.com). We will take immediate steps to delete all information from our servers.
Deletion of data
AG Pixit will delete all personal information at the request of the individual. This is done automatically through the Data Deletion button, found under ‘My Account’. When activated, this button immediately deletes all personal data. Conversely, the request can also be made via customer support either by phone 1-855-738-0014 or via email (support@agpixit.com)
How We Use Information
Personal information that we collect may be used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and our legitimate business interests. We will retain your information in accordance with our retention policy or until you ask us to remove it.
