AG Pixit strives to deliver a quality product every time. We do, however, understand, that packages can be damaged or there may be a quality control issue. We aim to have happy, repeat customers. If there is an issue, please contact AG Pixit within 10 days of delivery. We ask that you take multiple pictures of the damage or defect and email them, with your name, order number and phone number to support@agpixit.com. We’ll do our best to rectify. If, however, there is an error in your book (i.e. typo) we cannot be held responsible. Customers are responsible for the images selected and the copy (words) inserted in the book. The AG Pixit software warns customers to double-check their work before uploading. Once uploaded, it is a fully automated process and there is no opportunity to edit. AG Pixit does not offer refunds.
